GBLovely roomy light filled loft space with high ceilings ,countryside views from each window. Clutter free ,easy to use all facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Exactly like photos. Bring wash up liquid,dish cloth/towel no toiletries supplied. Short drive to Ripon. 30m to pretty Pateley Bridge / Brimham Rocks.
Think a microwave would be a useful addition in the kitchen.

GBLocation to Ripon is excellent. Very bright, light and airy. As I was working the proper kitchen and washing machine were great.
No microwave. But that would not stop me staying again.

There are no paths to walk on so apart from walking in the grounds walking is not advisable
GBThis property was incredible on every level. From the beautiful grounds outside the property to the cleanliness inside and also the electric car charger too! I loved my stay here and so did my 14 weeks old puppy! The sky tv was a bonus and pleasant surprise. Excellent WiFi too!

GBGBGBGreat place. Light, bright and airy, quiet location, close to local attractions like Fountains Abbey. Easy check in and check out, great communication from host, generous 11am check out time.
I hadn't noticed in other reviews, and appreciate difficult to put in window dressings on high windows... but there is a very large window without a curtain/shade above stairs looking into room (onto lounge/bed) on path between bathroom and bed/clothes rack. Not being able to close a curtain led to feeling a bit overlooked from road/edge of house, and a little bright at night with light from car headlights and moon. Might not affect some, but not great for people with light sensitivity.
