Civico 41 Lucca City Center Apartment

Absolutely stunning apartment in perfect location with all you could ask for. Two mins from wall and deli. The floor tiles are stunning. Authentic living from stone steps to green shutters to inner courtyard where we loved drying our freshly machine washed clothes. Was a real find.

Nothing - all spot on. If anything, it would be nice to have large wine glasses but truly everything we needed was there

Great space for the centre of Lucca, perfect location for everything you’d want in the heart of the town. Big rooms, useful kitchen and washer, lovely place.

Air-con wasn’t up to the heat. Bathroom was odd layout with screens. We didn’t mind it, but be prepared if you’re travelling with young kids as we were there is a bar underneath (which is excellent by the way) and being in the heart of everything you trade off peace and quiet for convenience.

Big Apartment and cosy beds! Easy check in and the host was always available

Apartment is functional and comfortable

1. Price of the apartment is not the same depending the number of people you booked for. So you will pay the same apartment with different price whether you are one or 4 people. 2. You cannot access the apartment by car even for drop off your luggage. You need to park outside the city (and the closest are not free)and then walk by foot at least 10/15 min with all your luggages till the apartment 3. Apartment is closed to a bar so expect to have animation and noise till very late in the night. So not a quiet place. 4. No Air conditioning so even with a fan it could be hot in the apartment.

The shower was a little tricky and the shower drain didn’t drain properly.

The location is excellent--in the centre of Lucca but on a quiet street off the main avenue. The apartment itself is charming with a well-appointed kitchen and two large bedrooms, one looking out onto a narrow street and the other onto an internal courtyard.
