"SCAM!!!"

Nothing except for getting fresh slippers.

The location is a SCAM!!! Not located at aerocity as stated on the booking.com map!! Bathroom was the worst - mold and dirty everywhere. Bedsheets dirty. Damp and dirty room. Pictures on booking.com do not reflect the situation cleanliness wise.

within 10 minutes to the aerocity area by car.

Payment process was very unpleasant. Due to errors, we have tried 3 times by a credit card and the hotel staff said that it would be surely cancelled. Therefore, we paid it by cash. However, they were actually processed and the hotel didn't inform us until we claimed it. Hotel promised to send the money back to our account within a few days but they didn't send the money and we had to contact the credit card company for the cancellation by submitting documents. Rooms should be cleaned before taking customers. It was our first time seeing a mouse inside the room.
