Perfect location for exploring south east Suffolk. Very private and peaceful. Clean and comfortable with a nice little kitchenette. Plenty of space for parking.

Very convenient for the coast and several pub restaurants. A helpful host, Fresh milk in fridge, efficient heaters and shower, and a heated towel rail and large bathroom towels.
