Excellent location for exploring mid-Suffolk and also the coastal areas.

Property was nice and clean & airy. Good quantity of cutlery etc provided. Bed very comfortable. Clear instructions on what to do on arrival.

Door to the patio needs to be fixed a bit as it did not lock properly. Blind needed on the window facing the bed to avoid being woken up early in the morning. Property a little hard to find and the lane to it is quite narrow. Nothing nearby to walk to - not made clear in the advert.

This was a diamond of a get away! Super clean, fresh, modern but also cosy with everything you needed.

Nice large comfortable bed , good shower, good location...good size fridge which is important in self catering accommodation. Property was clean and a very generous sized wardrobe meant no tripping over bags of clothes throughout our stay!

There was nothing major to not like.....a bit of information about local walks near the property would have been handy, but otherwise accommodation was adequately equipped for a pleasant stay

Very well equipped with simple, quality items. Tea, coffee and milk were provided which is a nice touch. Very comfortable bed and quality linens. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed as well as a few extras (foil, kitchen roll). Patio/courtyard seating was lovely when the sun came out.

Beautiful conversion of an old farm building. Compact, but everything needed for a comfortable break for a couple.
