The Boathouse,Flat 29 waterside court

Amazing location, clean and had everything we needed. We needed another towel contacted Dean and he organised one to be brought straight round.

Rooms were warm but fans were provided

Location, clean. Suited our party, car park also a bonus

The camp bed would be ok for a small child perhaps, if it was a better sturdier bed would have made a lot of difference Everything else was 10 out 10

Position & area

Sofa bed was a camp bed, 2 days to get bedding for it, used towels on it first night, then new in wet packaging, not washed. Very creaky stairs, 3 floors so very noisy. Said patio but no outside seating

The location and the house it's self it was warm cosy

Fantastic little place, had everything needed, near to many bars and restaurants and The Utilita Arena. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable, definitely recommend.

Location, bedrooms on different levels worked well for us- parent and adult son. Provided private space

Bathroom requires some upgrading and a little TLC, could have been cleaner.

Great location near to the canal & short walk to The Utilita. Lots of choice for local eateries & pubs. Great communication from the host.

Accomodation was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroon was a little tired and could do with a revamp. Although it was clean. I was the 3rd guest to use the shower and the water was cold. However, the water temperature was fine for the previous guests showers. It would have been great if there was a couple of chairs in the outside courtyard to sit down. No bedside lamp in bedroom on top floor.
