"Did the job for a Christmas visit to family."

Well equipped. Comfortable. Great location. Quiet.

The lack of live tv. The difficulty with the front door being very difficult to open. Winky toilet seat in downstairs bathroom. Metal stairs to lower floor not suitable for older guests.

"Quiet and comfortable, super stay in central Edinburgh"

Very quiet despite central location. Easy to park (albeit expensive). Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good communication

Basement rooms without any light, but that also meant very quiet. I don’t think it was clear it was a ground and basement flat, although it doesn’t matter and the kitchen is lovely. Second toilet quite small, but again not a drama.
