NEW Modern Suite near Airport & Beach

The owner I spoke to on the phone seemed friendly. however the property is listed as a large 2 bedroom apartment and it was a small room with 2 beds inside.

Property is listed as a large 2 bedroom apartment and it was a small room with 2 beds inside. No lockable door as the lock was cut out. Had to wait over 3 hours to get in and due to the fact I needed a 2 bedroom apartment I cancelled my booking immediately and informed the owner it wasn't a 2 bedroom apartment I believed I had booked it couldnt accommodate my children and wife. Also listed and the m2 was completely wrong. Deceitful advert that doesn't show the real property and I imagine most people leave and don't ever try to get a refund.

When I arrived at the hotel, the key for my room wasnt there. So I contacted the lady from the Whatsapp number in my received email. She told me that the room wasnt available anymore because of plumbing issues. Okay, can happen. She suggested a full refund and I accepted it. Since then I havent heard anything from her again (or received the refund). So I send a message on booking.com to the Hotel. Also NO REACTION. Its been a week ago now and still no reaction or refund!

Unit was single bedroom not two bedroom as advertised. No limited cooking facilities or fridge , no balcony , no mini bar. Was kicked out with no warning 5 nights in for contravening a rule I was not advised existed. Still waiting for refund

It's a scam!!!! They canceled my reservation on the same day, told me they would refund my money, and never did. The discount was applied by BOOKING on my card. After speaking with customer service, they say the accommodation claims I stayed there, despite them having access to my conversations with the property. A real scam! From both the accommodation and Booking.
