"Good for a big group. Only one bathroom."

We liked the location, it wasn’t close to the center but close to a main street with public transport and cafeterias. The beds and everything in general was clean.

Booking said €582 and it charged us €600 with no explanation. Also I have been asking for an invoice and there is no response. There is no communication. It should clarify that it has only one bathroom. It didn’t have either shampoo or shower gel. There were ants in the kitchen and a spider in the bathroom.

"Good clean and comfortable accommodation, in a lovely quiet location with good parking"

Excellent location and size for our needs. The property was clean, comfortable and well-prepared. Easy to find and access. The whole family were happy.

There were a couple minor resolvable issues. - The back bedroom ceiling light wasn’t working (even after we changed the light bulb). - There was an ant problem in the kitchen. - The shower couldn’t be moved up to a higher position without the shower head collapsing (not great for the taller members of our family!) - Despite sending a query in advance, there was no response. It felt like everything was very automated in terms of messages. Minimal personal touch.

Loads of space, Could park 3 cars outside no problem, spotlessly clean.

The living room has been made into a bedroom, which means the small kitchen/ diner is the living room, only one sofa fits, therefore when house at capacity not enough sitting for everyone. Wouldn't put me off going back though.

Very spacious ,cleaned to a high standard. Great location being near St Michaels Station to get in Liverpool city centre. Hope to book again in the future.

An extra easy chair in lounge would have been nice.

Property had everything we needed and more. Clean, convenient and in a lovely area. Felt very safe. We had a fee minor problems where a switch had tripped before we arrived causing issues with the boiler and a previous guest had stolen the remote control for the television. A member of the hosting team came to our rescue quickly resolving both issues quickly and kindly
