La gentillesse du personnel. L'emplacement calme

Éclairage un peu faible et le manque de prise électrique notamment au niveau des tables de nuit.

Jolie chambre assez spacieuse et bien décorée , petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu'il faut salé comme sucré . Extérieurs très agréable avec joli jardin , forêt à proximité pour une promenade , personnel très agréable , situation de l'hôtel un peu excentrée mais très facile pour accéder au château et centre ville de Chantilly en quelques minutes de voiture . Restaurant de qualité avec bon service

Manque de lumière le soir dans la chambre . Obligés de laisser allumer l'entrée et la salle de bain pour y voir clair, pas sur que ce soit économique pour les hôteliers. Les allées du parking avec des gravillons sont gênantes pour faire rouler les valises .
