Je venais fêter les 60 ans d'un ami, j'avais demandé que l'on mette une bougie sur son dessert, cela a été oublié, la responsable de l'établissement a pris la peine de m'appeler, de s'en excuser au nom de l'équipe et m'a même fait un geste commercial pour une prochaine fois, c'est appréciable

Eerst en vooral " Restaurant gesloten " (malafiede info vanwege Booking!!! misleidend = ....gedurende uw verblijf is het restaurant geopend ! WAS DICHT. Ontbijt was sober , triestig.

WI-FI was onbestaande, geen 2 minuten bruikbaar , slecht effenof

Clean , comfortable and excellent restaurant Saturday evening.

We found the late check-in at 17.00 very difficult having arrived on an early flight and got to the hotel about 11.00 in the morning. However the staff put in the work to get us into our room at 15.00 .

Location and grounds.

It was a Monday night and aware many hotel restaurants are closed BUT the website/information suggested their restaurant was OPEN so we booked on that basis. We only had a phone call to say they were closed when we had already left the UK and too late to change hotels at that point. So we paid a lot for a facility that we never received. Very disappointing. We also felt the breakfast was expensive for what it was and the bedrooms were very dark.

Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel, calme, petit déjeuner complet parking disponible et très aisé d'accès. Restaurant très convenable

Chambre un peu triste, prix du logement relativement élevé vu l'isolement

Proche du chateau de Chantilly

Hotel très beau. Proximité de Chantilly. Idéal pour un WE en amoureux et pour aller se promener dans la forêt de Chantilly (ou aller courir dans notre cas). Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Le restaurant où nous avons diné le soir est très bien.

Un peu cher quand même.
