The Koi Apartment, Thessaloniki #FeelsLikeHome

The host Theo was excellent at communicating with us. The location of the apartment is very good, just a block or two from the sea and the Laladika area where there are many great restaurants. There was a good sized patio outside if you wanted fresh air.

The water pressure was terrible and we could not wash our hair! If not for this I would have rated the place much higher. Also the wi-fi was slow so not a good place to get work done if you need the internet.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, just steps away from the city's best cafes, restaurants, and attractions. The rooftop terrace is a true gem, with both open and covered areas to relax and enjoy the view, it was one of our favorite spots to unwind after a day out. Being in the center does come with a bit of background noise from the nearby cafes, but honestly, it added to the charm and lively vibe of the place. Plus, the coffee and breakfast from those spots were excellent, so we didn’t mind at all! The fact that you can walk everywhere is such a bonus, no need for a car or public transport. All in all, a fantastic place to stay if you want to be in the middle of it all and soak up the local atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Everything was great.

I liked the central location, very close to everything, 2 min walking distance from Aristotelous square. The communication with the host was very convenient. Clean apartment and very warm. Kitchenette was also available with all the amenities. The building has 2 small elevators.

The apartment is very small, unfortunately we had 4 luggages, 2 big ones and 2 carry on and they were just lying on the floor. There was an intense smell the whole time from the sewer both from the bathroom and the kitchenette. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, making it dificult to shower. The faucet in the bathroom sink was also very loose. The door at the main entrance was unlocked during the day as there are many offices in the building but luckily it was locked during the night. I think the apartment needs a bit better maintenance.
