We rarely use the 10-button in reviews but this time we have to! Wonderful flat in the most central and convenient location downtown Thessaloniki. We loved the apartment, the big balcony and the wintergarden (it's perfect when it rains!). Would definitely come back!

The location and the view from the balcony!

The room is on the 8th floor, but between two offices. You get the impression that you are in an office. The bathroom is small and does not smell good.

Teras güzeldi. Oda ferah ve temizdi.

Ladies working next door was smoking in the hall whole day and thus led to a very disgusting cigarette odor in the room. I would definitely find a place with parking next time I am in town because paid an additional night price to a very grumpy parking garage.

We rented these Koi apartment in Thessaloniki for three days on a business trip. We really appreciated the location of the apartments, right on the promenade 100 meters away amazing view of the Adriatic Sea. There are many cafes and restaurants, small shops and stores around. The urban infrastructure is also fine. Bus stations, taxi and so on. Regarding apartment convenience - everything is great. Very convenient and comfortable. Breakfasts on an open terrace with a view of the city are simply superb. A separate office/terrace of a closed type for work or relaxation is simply amazing. The only thing that let us down was the water pressure in the plumbing, we had some issues with that. Sometimes it was not enough to take a shower. But this didn't spoil our impression of this appartment. The room was clean and the renovation was good. The staff was friendly. Hi Stratos!)) We definitely recommend these apartment!

Luxurious at a reasonable price. Amazing location. Didn’t have to move my car by an inch. Everything was at a few minute walk from the apartment. Breakfast at the patio and the balcony with a sea view was our daily ritual. The host was agreeable, intending to fulfil all of our requests. The room was as if we were it’s first tenants. Thank you for an amazing stay FLH.
