1. The toilet brush in the second bathroom was dirty. 2. The shower in the second bathroom was faulty and was not properly fixed to the wall. 3. In the second bathroom, there were no hooks or racks to hang towels. 4. The double bed did not have a fitted bottom sheet. 5. There were no kitchen towels provided, neither for drying hands nor for drying glasses and dishes. 6. The supply of toilet paper and shampoo provided was insufficient. 7. We sent an email on the second day of our stay, but we never received a reply. We also tried to contact the host by phone, but our calls went unanswered. 8. When the apartment was handed over to us, we were informed that there was a problem with the modem and were promised that it would be brought the following day. However, this never happened, and we were never contacted regarding the issue. As a result, we ended up using all of our mobile data. (Wi-Fi was advertised as an amenity in the listing.) 9. The mattresses in the bedroom with the two single beds were extremely thin and uncomfortable, to the point that it felt like sleeping on a wooden board. It is a real shame, because the apartment itself is very nice, bright, and comfortable, and it is located in a very good area.

La posizione è a 7 minuti a piedi dal centro, vicina al giardino Giusti e al museo di storia naturale ed alla funicolare dove si può ammirare il panorama dall' alto di Verona. Appartamento silenzioso con due bagni di cui uno gode di una vasca da bagno, per le famiglie con 2 bambini come la mia è perfetto.

Avrei preferito avere qualche dettaglio sulle capsule della macchinetta del caffè che erano tutte uguali ma erano gusti diversi (una era latte bianco una cappuccino e due al caffè e sono dovuto andare a tentativi) uno sgrassatore multiuso tipo Marsiglia per le pulizie ordinare quotidiane sul tavolo e la cucina per evitare di comprarlo dato che non me lo sarei potuto riportare indietro.

L'appartamento è molto grande e pulito. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Le camere sono spaziose e la camera matrimoniale ha 2 materassi singoli uniti. Uno dei bagni è moderno con una grande doccia e nel secondo ci sono la vasca da bagno e la lavatrice. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima al centro (10 min a piedi). I parcheggi nella via in cui si trova l'appartamento sono riservati ai residenti ma nelle vie limitrofe si possono trovare posti auto a pagamento (non sono presenti posti gratuiti). Davanti al portone dell'appartamento c'è un piccolo spazio dove potersi fermare temporaneamente per scaricare o caricagli i bagagli dall'auto. Non sono presenti supermercati nelle vicinanze ma ci sono diversi locali per mangiare.

Non è possibile anticipare il check-in anche se richiesto in sede di prenotazione su Booking. L'appartamento non ha né tende né zanzariere.
