Very comfortable and close proximity to York centre
The rubbish process, cleaning staff throw about pillows and doona, therefore no room in bin to put rubbish, guests have to put bags on the ground.

Location is very convenient and central to York. Parking is included. We have stayed in this apartment a few times before and it meets our expectations.
In the living room, one of the curtains is a blackout curtain and one let's a lot of light through. It looks like one of the blackout curtains was taken from the living room and swapped with the one in the bedroom, rather than the bedroom curtain being replaced. The chairs at the breakfast bar aren't the most comfortable.

The pillows were terrible. Pillowcases filled with lumps of foam.

We loved the modern layout and how spacious it was! It felt like home from home!
Little bit noisy with other residents coming in and out of the property, but apart from that it was perfect!

Great location. Very convenient for the centre.
Unfortunately the door locked as we were checking out which left me stuck outside and my wife stuck inside. Thankfully, Andy soon came out and a locksmith was called to get it open.

Location is ace, flat really good size, clean and has everything you need, instructions where clear on finding it and entry.
Let down by a few things though, curtains don’t match in living room - weird for such a nice flat, mattress is not the best, same with pillows, really cheap thin duvet, tv is low quality - most people used to 4k resolution and when watching terristal channels low quality picture. No cushions on sofa.
