Check-in was quick and easy. The same goes for check-out. The staff were friendly

The room was an 'accessible' room, which we didn't ask for and this meant the bathroom was a wet room. however it didn't really function properly and the water stayed all across the bathroom floor, making it an unpleasant experience to go in simply to brush out teeth as we had to walk through water. The clip for the shower hose was broken and when I took my bath towel off the rail it was full of small moths, which I had to quickly kill in case they got into our luggage. No shelf for your toothbrush/paste which is such a basic thing to provide.

Comfortable room with lovely decor.

Main ceiling light wasn’t very bright. To get adequate light we had to have all the lamps on too.
