great location, walk to everything. Unit was nice size, full size fridge and full kitchen

Such a cozy place, we stayed at the Deluxe marina view studio., and it looked exactly like the photos. Beautiful view, big balcony, everything you need in the washroom & kitchen. The location is amazing, you are 7-10 minutes walking distance to Medano beach and can take a water taxi right outside. It is in a busier area and it got quite loud at night (the bars and restaurants nearby with music) so if you are a sensitive sleeper I wouldn’t recommend it. The pool was nicer than we expected as well! It is smaller, but no one was up there the entire time and there is a huge terrace with tables and lounge chairs, gorgeous views of the marina. The staff were so nice too!

The air conditioning and the fridge were very loud and we struggled falling asleep some nights. The bed and pillows are not the comfiest.

Very conveniently located

That we are responsible for the trash which is in another building which is away from the property. So strange No towel change as it could cost $8 and no linen change. We were there for 5 days. Mostly there was no sign of housekeeping or cleaning during our stay.

My husband and I came to see whales and were NOT disappointed in February! We had the street side balcony on the third floor. The room was small but we could eat at the table on the balcony. The kitchen counter was next to the bed, and had basic stuff we needed including a medium sized fridge. The surprise bonus was that the rooftop pool which overlooks the marina was just a few steps away from our front door. Jadi, the gentleman at reception, was great help with taking our luggage upstairs, showing us a good restaurant, where to do our own trash removal, and securing a reasonably priced return shuttle for the airport. I loved being right on the marina where all the shopping and action is, and we didn't hear the marina/bar noise at night since our room faced the street.

The elevator didn't reach the third floor area where we were. I REALLY thought we'd be able to walk to the beach, but the expensive resorts own all the property. So Medano Beach was 900 feet away but we couldn't see it. And an Uber was going to cost $99 for one mile. If I return for a longer stay, I'd get a snorkel/beach package in addition to a whale tour.

The location was great! Walking distance to everything.
