Amazing location, close to a very nice swimmable beach, everything you need really! no need to stay at the resort if you don’t need a pool and want to swim in the ocean. very nice and friendly stuff! Jadi is the best - he was so helpful and we felt welcomed all the time. loved it and will certainly come back!

The location is great, right on the Marina, a few steps from the beach, and any type of food or drink you could desire is a just a minutes walk away. We checked in at 5pm on a Sunday, right as the boats were coming in from a day on the water with music blasting, and people shouting and dancing. We were concerned that it was going to be a noisy stay. However, by dark the marina quiets down, and the party moves to the streets a few blocks away. Most of the bars and restaurants on the marina close by 10pm, and it is indeed a quiet location.

My only complaint is that the water pressure was very weak. Difficult to wash all the sun-screen and sand off your body. Its the only reason I am giving MCP a 9 instead of a 10. Even so, I will 100% look to book a room here during future visits.

Absolutely one of the best hidden secrets. Couldn't find a better location with accessibility and convenience to everything you need. 5 minutes walk to downtown, tons of restaurants within 5 minutes. The convenience store down below The unit had everything we needed. This is absolutely your best bet if you're not looking for an all inclusive resort. You will see cabo and have great Service and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful views of the Marina watching boats coming and going. This place literally overlooks the Marina. The staff is very polite, helpful and accommodating. Check out Ruth Chris steakhouse for thier happy hour menu. What a delight. Watching the seals all day long. Highly highly recommend.

I guess a pool would have been nice. But I don't think we would have time to spend at it.
