Old Tbilisi, in front of Wine Factory

Located in a very good location, with pharmacies, supermarkets and stores around, the apartment exceeded our expectations with comfort, quietness and privacy. Very warm and cosy , all the facilities in the kitchen , bedroom and bathroom were working ideally. I recommend it for the couples and tourists who plan to explore the city centre and old tbilisi as its easy to get from here to any attraction and spot. Good value for money for sure. Will definitely come back again.

Not a single such thing. Even neighbours were quiet and the noise from cars roaming the street was not disturbing a bit. Good stay.

Comfortable clean apartments, good location and communication with the owner was pleasant.

Unfortunately the room is not soundproofed. And it would be nice to have a mirror in the room :)

The location is excellent, next to TSU and the Ilia University. Also very close to the Rustaveli metro station. You have many supermarkets and restaurants in the area.

Everything was perfect. Excellent location and exemplary cleanliness. The owner was friendly and overall I rate this accommodation as standing out above the rest in Georgia. European level.

Clean and comfortable apartment in the central location with shared kitchen.

Location is excellent. It’s just near wine factory and all the bars and restaurants, but it’s still quiet in the room. You can also get anywhere in Vake fast and by foot. The wi-fi was good, as was the water pressure in the shower. The host is helpful and friendly. He helped when my flight got moved to an earlier time and warned me about the state of the water works in the city.

Clear and cozy apartments in good area. Host was very nice. I liked this place and I will recommend it to my friends.
