Old Tbilisi, in front of Wine Factory

Everything was great. The place is exceptionally clean, and all equipment and furniture is new. The owner sent us very clear instructions for self-checkin.

The only thing I could ask for additionally is holders for towels in the bathroom.

The apartment is located not far from the city center — a taxi ride to the center costs only $1–2. This place is perfect for those who value cleanliness and comfort. The room is spacious and bright, with large windows overlooking the courtyard, creating a pleasant atmosphere. It has a door that can be closed for privacy and includes a private bathroom with a toilet and shower, clean towels, and all the necessary essentials.

An ideal option for living. Spacious. High ceilings and huge windows, lots of light. A well-equipped kitchen area. The atmosphere of "your own apartment". The house was built at the beginning of the last century and descendants of one family lived in this apartment for many generations. The windows overlook both the courtyard (cozy, quiet, atmospheric, here, by the way, you can park a car) and the city (I will remember the picture with a beautiful street, centuries-old plane trees, with the territory of a winery transformed into a modern stylish recreational area, where there are now many excellent restaurants). One of the family members, Tornike, is in touch with the guests. Excellent English, a pleasant, positive young man. Our neighbors turned out to be a middle-aged couple who - like us - were delighted with the apartment.

It was a pity that we could only stay here for two nights. But we will come here again and again.

The place was very clean and tidy with very big sala including TV, sofa, water heater and even coffee! The place was also very near to a main road where you can walk along with the people of Tbilisi. Banks are also near like Terabank where you can cash out USD to exchange GEL (Georgian Lari). Since I am an occasional drinker, it is also very very near to the wine factory where you can indulge in some of their finest wines with an affordable rate. Everything is almost perfect!

In our 3 days stay on this property, unfortunately we have not found anything in the property that we don't like. Everything here in this property is just outstanding and amazing!
