- AC's use shared external block and cool very poorly - No elevator. Be advised that you'll have to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor - Washer and dryer are there but you'll have to find some luck as host uses them to wash guests' towels etc. They can start washing in the evening, go away and come back next evening

Great clean room and modern decorated. Great neighbourhood in a silent street. Tornik the owner is also superfriendly helping out!

You can hear your neighbour talking. But tbh that's in almost every guesthouse I've been too. So no worries.

Great location and good value with a kitchen and a quiet neighbourhood for a decent night's sleep. A cash machine, 24 hour shop and bus stop on its doorstep. It is very conveniently located on a beautiful street, great for walking to the Old Town and with public transport to many interesting parts of the city.

A few issues with the cleaning staff but nothing major.

Комфортная комната с необходимой мебелью, ванная в ней чистая и аккуратная, с большой душевой. Общая кухня просторная, красиво обставленная. Есть стиральная машина, доступная всем проживающим. Местоположение очень удобное: рядом много кафе, до центра можно дойти пешком или доехать на автобусе. Вид из окна во двор приятный.

Чистота, уют и окна в тихий аутентичный дворик. Современный ремонт и отличный душ, большой шкаф для вещей, хорошая шумоизоляция и освещение. Много зелени на общей кухне и в номере. Дизайн со вкусом. Приветливый хозяин, оперативно на все отвечал, дал ключи от шлагбаума на бесплатную парковку во дворе (что очень важно, т.к. везде в Тбилиси парковки платные)
