GBGreat size apartment and great location.
The apartment hadn't been cleaned when we arrived and had some trouble getting in as we hadn't received apartment numbers or codes. The host was very quick to offer a new apartment, which unfortunately was too small, so he provided clean sheets and towels. Unfortunately, I had to get rid of the last guests' rubbish and leftovers, and cleaning was provided the next day.

Poor communication! They were quite rude when we arrived and phoned to gain access info. Cleaning staff helped us. Email with codes arrived late so we were stranded after a 9hour flight.
PRGreat-sized space, loved the kitchen since my girlfriend and I roadtripped from Orlando and bought snacks and food to cook there. The bathroom was noticeably clean and renovated, loved the spacious bedroom area (it was a studio but every space had a clear separation). They have parking for a good fee right in front of the apartment which was perfect for unloading our luggage. South Beach is 12 minutes away by foot at most, so we really just left our car parked and walked everywhere in Miami Beach which was amazing because the walk is enjoyable and through one of the main avenues of Miami Beach. The place is a block away from a Target and right in front of a Walgreens, so anything you might need you can easily get at one of those stores. We've stayed at other places in Miami Beach before because we vacation there often, and this place became our favorite. We'll be booking this place every time we come.
It was solved super quick so it isn't really something we didn't like, but we had some confusion with the access codes and couldn't get into the rental. Max was very responsive and within minutes of contacting him everything was handled and perfect for the rest our stay.
