This accommodation wasn't ideal for our family's needs. Specifically: There wasn't a communal space for us to gather, even for meals, which meant we had to eat in shifts. No safe or secure storage was provided for valuables like passports. The door couldn't be locked from the inside, raising security concerns as anyone with the entry code could access the apartment. The laundry app required a local phone number, which was inconvenient for us. Noisy A/C The apartment and building were reasonably clean, but the exterior and surrounding area were less clean and less maintained. While the site manager was responsive during our stay, we struggled to get clear confirmation about parking beforehand. Proactively stating that parking instructions and reservation links are sent after payment through Booking is confirmed or closer to the arrival date would have alleviated our pre-arrival anxieties.

ILGood value for the money. The location is walkable to Ocean drive(the beach promenade). The room is nice and well equiped. There is paid parking.
Many stairs to get to the room which was hard to my old parents. There is no help with carrying thr luggage to the room. The building itself is small and outdated.

GBEverything was amazing & Jason is an excellent host who threw in free parking lots on top of the already great facilities. We are from the UK & loved our stay in Miami visiting Bayside, Little Havana, taking a boat trip & dinner on Ocean drive. Having the security of the parking was a massive comfort to us as had read how bad parking can be in the South Beach area.
We are a family of 5 one of which is a 16 week old baby & none of us have any gripes at all & all enjoyed our stay.
