New Modern Suite Near Airport & Beach

Cheap because its garbage. Absolute worst experience in any accomodation i've ever had. NOISY, LOUD, CROWDED, LOUD LOUD LOUD DOGS ALL THE TIME. Nothing new or modern about this place at all. The moment i checked in late at night i wanted to leave. It was cheap for a reason. Worse thing about this place is its in a super crowded subdivision full of irresponsible clueless people that just let their dogs bark and bark and bark all the time and have absolute zero regard and respect for everyone else around. Zero appliances inside besides the broken refrigerator. TV doesn't work, windows have no mesh so you cant open it. Theres an ant infestation and the mattress had almost no padding whatsoever. You're better off zleeping in a bar than this outhouse STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !

EVERYTHING about this place is horrible

This place is rubbish and they're swindlers! THEY DON'T RESPOND TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES ABOUT MY REFUND!!! I did not stay here, yet they haven't cancelled my booking as they promised but instead only cancelled it today, PAIRL 2ND 2025. I have screenshots that they promised me to give me a full refund and to follow up with them after 10 days from March 15th. And now, they are not responding. Their actions clearly show that they're refusing to give my money back! Therefore, they stole it!!! I AM NOT AT FAULT HERE since they're the ones who had a plumbing issue with their room and offered solutions to either change the dates or give a full refund, so I told them to cancel it without charge and refund me. And they agreed to it! BUT NOW WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CONTACTING THEM, THEY SAID THAT MY BOOKING IS STILL ACTIVE AND UNCHANGED AND THAT THEY WILL WAIT FOR ME ON MARCH 15 WHEN IT IS ALREADY APRIL 2ND 2025. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORDS!!!! VERY FOOLISH!!! They're only good in contacting you prior to your arrival and escapes when it comes to refund money matters!!!

A very affordable and comfortable room, in a very convenient location, especially for a night layover in Cebu.

The aircon was cold.

I got the room on the third floor. The stairs are high steps, 1.5 inches higher than the standard, very steep stairs with thinny triangular shape steps because it curves. Tremendous effort to bring 20kg luggages up and down. Not for disabled person unless you get the ground floor. This is located in a Subdivision full of loud barking dogs everywhere all night long. Without those dogs, it would have been a quiet room. TV didn't work.

The hosts were really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely also and in a good location.

Air-conditioning was a little bit loud but not really an issue as it wasn't too warm without the air-conditioning on

Room was very clean with comfortable beds and powerful shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was smaller than it looked in the photos. I was traveling with my dogs, and the area was a bit busy and scary for them.
