"Not the room I booked and half the size, but clean, cold, and comfortable."

Despite the fact that the room was different than the photos and less than half the size listed in the description, the AC was cold, bed was comfortable enough, and it was clean. Luckily I was only staying for one night and the price was reasonable.

Don't book based on the photos. The room was less than half the size listed in the description and basically no decor. We were told we were moved to the third floor on our day of arrival, so maybe that is the reason. Also when we brought this to the attention of the management, we received a form letter obviously copy pasted or from Chat GPT. Quite insincere to answer that way. Which was probably worse than no reply at all.

Hosts were very quick to reply to any questions and requests (eg. Airport drop off)

The location is in a residential area so you can feel like a bit of an intruder but everyone is friendly and it’s close to a mall and the airport.
