Fantastic little room with everything you needed for a couple of nights. Easy to find from public transport, a couple of grocery shops within a few meters and the most memorable meal I think I've ever had at a pizza place about 100 metres down the road on the same side - think it was called Rustico. Host ultra-friendly and helpful, loads of information and clear and helpful instructions. Great stay. Loved Bari.

Well equipped, clean, helpful host

Location was great and near the train station for easy access to surrounding areas. Just a short walk to the old town as well. The room was just as described. It had everything I needed and Marco was a great host providing reccomendations for food and things to do in the area.

It would have been nice to have a comforter or extra blanket for the bed but that's just a personal preference.

Its a nice place to stay if you do a city trip in Bari.

The host came to give us a fast and nice welcome even though he was running late for a train. The apartment is wonderfully located about 10 mins walk away from Bari Centrale train station and 10-15 mins walk from the most important city spots. There are also bus stations right there, so you can easily go to the beaches. The owner, Marco, kept in touch the whole time, offered suggestions on places to visit and eat, and was always available for any help we needed. The apartment is on the first floor, a 15 step flight of stairs to climb only. It is small, but definitely doesn't fall short on covering all necessities: the kitchen was fully equipped with cutlery, pots and pans and essential cooking ingredients. There were towels and sheets and other bathroom necessities in the drawers, plus a bathrobe and a few more towels on the bed. It had visibly been cleaned before we arrived and there was cleaning equipment to use if needed. The bed was super comfortable and the faucet in the bathroom is the coolest. The TV connects to the internet and to your phone, the wifi worked perfectly. Overall it served us very nicely and the price was very satisfying for what we got. Thank you Marco!

As others have mentioned, the water heater is very small and lasts only a few minutes. You need to be very fast, turn off the water while shampooing and maybe even leave the heater on while showering. There is some space in the bathroom for a bigger heater, so hopefully if it's supported it will eventually be changed. A major problem we faced was the lack of somewhere to hang clothing to dry. We thought it's important for an apartment located in a city with beaches, where the visitors will need to rinse and dry off their clothing/swimsuits. We used the portable heater, the top of the bathroom door and the window door, the clothing hanger, anything we could. There is potential on the railing of the window for this; maybe with some gimmick/modification, whether external or hanging, it would be an easy and very useful fix.

The location, once you get a sense of the surroundings, is good. 10-15 minutes walk from Bari old town, 5 minutes from the train station which is a plus and 5 minutes walk from the shopping area. The host, Marco, was very accomodating, doing his best to give us all the information we might need (best siteseeing points in the area, local restaurants and bars) He also made check-in possible at the time we arrived in Bari, which was earlier than we had first notified, and also let us check-out one hour later. I could not thank him enough for his hospitality. The price we paid for the place was beyond good

The place needs some improvements and renovations. The bathroom is small and outdated and there was a bad smell, maybe because there is no window. Also the shower might be a problem for a person with a height above 1.75m. The hot water in the shower worked for about 10 minutes. My husband did not manage to take a shower as the water was cold after I had used it. He tried to shower the next morning but again the water was hot only for 3 minutes. Also the towels and bedsheets might need a change, I did not like the smell. We only stayed there for one night so this was not a major problem for us, the price was good so we cannot complain, but for a longer stay things might need to be considered.

Nice location, near the central station and 10 minutes walk to old city center. Marco is a great host, we even checked in earlier than scheduled and also he left us leaving our luggages in the last day until late afternoon. He also provided us a lot of good recommendations and was willing to help anytime.

Excelent location, very clean and pretty room, and very, very friendly and helpfull staff. We receved all kind of useful informations on whatsapp prior to our visit and when we arrived at the destination the staff was very nice to answer all our questions even about transportation to other cities etc.
