Person serving food at breakfast was polite and warm.

No cleanliness Service was bad. No hot water. Late music from adjacent zostel until midnight. Food was not tasty.

We did not like anything about the property

Worst point is that there’s a big ditch next to the rooms filled with water and smelling awful. after check in once we went to the room were not able to stay and left the hotel immediately.

The location , the staff was good

I don't think its was value for money. The room was very small and ok with no basic amenities and not upto the mark for a 3 star property. No lift , so don't book if you have any senior citizens. Some hostel is behind the property and lot of loud music and noise the whole night. Bathroom was a bit messy with shower on top of the commode causing lot of inconvenience.

Hotel room and bathroom are maintained clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff were professional
