"Superb"

I would say it is value for money stay. staff are helpful. Location is good near to theme park. Room was neat and clean and with all basic facilities. Ambiance is also good. Food was tasty at reasonable price.

"HORRIBLE PLACE AND NOT TO RECOMMEND"

Horrible location - booking done at Treebo but the accommodation given somewhere Kaizen bar - dirtiest place in Panchgani - they took 50% advance wherein i was there for just 2 hours but not willing to return my advance - one sort of BIGGEST CHEATERS

everything - taking advance and not returning - even though i stayed for 2 hours - where no A/C, No TV Remote, No Hot Water, Flies are roaming in the room -

I think one guy owner or manager told that you have kept ac on while going on... In first place how do we know that connection of ac and other electric devices are different...as per our knowledge once ghe access card is removed the electricity get cut off....secondly 5-7 times electricity gets disconnected. Pathetic

Electricity disconnect frequently...and behavioral or manager
