The room was nice. It was clean, comfortable and big. It had hangers and bath basket that I really appreciate. Also, the desk and desk chair was very useful.

The three days that I stayed at the place the bathroom was in a pretty bad state. I arrived on Thursday afternoon and there was trash on the shower and the restroom did not looked clean. Also, there was an horrible foot odor because someone left their sneakers there. I did not say anything because I thought that it was going to be clean over the course of the day. However, in the night it was the same. Friday morning I took a shower and it was pretty disgusting because the trash that was over the shower. I wrote on Friday night asking if they could schedule a clean as soon as possible and they told me they were going to do it. On Saturday morning I took a shower with the room in the same state. It was very uncomfortable. When I arrived on Saturday night, it was worst, there was more trash and everything felt dirtier. Also on Saturday night, at midnight, one man was being very loudly, he was singing and shouting, and he was walking over and over on the corridors. Also all the lights of the common spaces was on. When he was walking over the corridors, he even kind of step outside my room for a moment. It was pretty scary. I am sorry because the room was nice and the place was close to the university, but I do not recommend it.

No hair dryer, dirty towel with blood stain. No body wash and shampoo. Tried to contact by phone but no response. Dangerous neighborhood, heard gun shots

Very comfortable stay in April for a 10-day conference. Metro station is a 7-minute walk. Best of all, when I needed to extend my stay for one more night, it was accepted and the staff was very nice. Will come back again surely 😊

Throughout my stay, the kitchen was full of trash cans and rubbish. Disgusting.
