Nice communication with host, safe area, spacious for 2 people, and plenty of amenities like cooking and bathroom supplies.

Parking issue needs to improve. Luckily I found free parking on the street.

It was very cute with a water fountain and garden area. Convenient to convention center.

No washer and dryer. A/C didn’t work as well as I hoped but it was better than nothing.

Some great advice and local information from the host. Very clear instructions. Secure. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Thoughtful and pleasing aesthetic. Easy access to public transport and Long Beach amenities.

The apartment is very spacious. It's well furnished with many personal touches.

Parking is a bit iffy. We chose the property location because it is close to downtown and shoreline attractions, and we planned to walk a lot and leave the car parked most of the time. We never found street parking available near the property. The public lot next door was available and convenient for $44 / 24 hours. The property description mentions the public lot overnight fee of $7, and the theoretical availability of curbside parking, but the reality is it's necessary to pay for daytime public parking either in the next door lot or a city garage a couple blocks away. It would be better to clearly understand that going in. Also, the public lot next to the building is off limits on Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm. We checked out on a Sunday and with no available street parking were forced to leave the area at 8 am to avoid a parking violation so we checked out much earlier than we wished.
