I liked that it was close to the pier and getting to Catalina. It had all the amenities we needed. I enjoyed the cute little court with its tropical vibe and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful.

The parking situation is terrible. There needs to be access to some kind of parking, especially at night. It felt a little unsafe to have to walk from a garage to the apartment.

The mattress on the bed was the best. The whole place was super cute. It had everything you would need to cook, pots pans dishes. It felt private and safe with the extra door to the building.

Parking was hard. There were no available spots on the street. There was a parking area next to the building but it was only overnight parking and Sunday excluded.

Owner was great. Location and information provided was great.

1/ Space and Furnishings: There were so many ornaments, pillows, and glass items on table top surfaces, or on seats, that it was very difficult to know where to place our own stuff. We had a party of four, so once the sofa was folded out, the facility was very cluttered and awkward to use. Suitcases and bags and clothes had to be put in the middle of the floor. The only free seats were the kitchen chairs. In the bathroom there was no good place to set our toiletries because of more ornaments, and excess towels. 2/Plumbing issues: For some reason we could not find a kitchen sink stopper, so could not properly do dishes easily. And the bathroom sink was plugged. 3/Electrical issues: it seemed a number of wall plugins did not work. It took time to find a way to get power close to the bed. Although there were many positive aspects such as location and the helpful owner, I would not stay again.based on the clutter.

Great location, walkable to shopping, beach etc. Lovely property owner - easy to communicate with, very accommodating. Comfortable in property, would stay here again.

Communication with h the owner was easy, friendly & prompt. The apartment itself was tidy, spacious, decorative & so comfortable. I highly recommend anyone traveling through LBC to stay here. Our experience was such a treat!
