The Aura Rooms, Calangute

Location was good. Just 2mins walk from Calangute Beach (backside of property)

Property has a swimming pool and that confuses a lot of customers who are thinking that it's a hotel by looking at pictures online. But in reality it is just a room but there wasn't any room service faculty like intercom, food arrangement or any place for kid to play. Moreover parking was a big headache as it is a leased property and owner park their car infront of it and hence taking out Rented Bike was a problem. Also found dead rat and cockroach in the balcony.

Good accomodation ! Value for Money 🤗 Though i was a little worried after reading some reviews, it was a good stay.

The property is clean and close to the beach. Rooms were clean as shown in the pictures.

Room not ready when we arrived, got.moved to another place for first night due to "pest" issue and then moved back to the place we booked the next day. Bed very uncomfortable, storage cupboard broken. No hot water. Room wasn't cleaned or tidied the entire time we were there.

The pool was fair.

We received a room on the ground floor where our room was just near the pool. we didn't have proper window glass and when we asked them to fix it they came with a cloth to cover it saying they won't be able to fix it.Also the room was not clear its not worth money. They charged an amount of 4000+ even without any facilities such as TV, soaps etc and even water bottles were not provided.
