Location and value for money

For location no issues. But the service was terrible. The moment we checked in after paying the full amount, the guy told us that there is no towels. Hello just told us that there is no more towels for us. Later in the night when we came back the care taken guy was sleeping and he did not budge when we asked for towels and extra bed. He said let me sleep. Final on the check out day, early morning we were supposed to check out, no water in the bathroom. No water at all. Again we went down to the reception, that guys again was sleeping and he told us again not to disturb him and let him sleep. We just brushed out teeth and left. Horrible experience.

THE WASHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AND WAS SMELLING LIKE SOMEONE SMOKED IN IT. THERE WAS NO AIR FRESHNER, THE FLOOR OF WASHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. THE LATCH OF WASHROOM DOOR WAS NOT WORKING AND ANYONE CAN OPEN IT IF YOU ARE INSIDE. THE BALCONY IS ALSO ATTACHED WITH NEIGHBOURING ROOMS, SO THERE IS A RISK SOMEONE CAN ACCESS OUR ROOM VIA BALCONY EASILY. THERE IS ALSO AN ISSUE OF LOAD SHEDDING IN THIS AREA, SO BE PREPARED. WE ALSO FACED WATER DISCONNECTION DUE TO LOAD SHEDDING ISSUE. ALSO THEY HAVE PARKING SPACE ISSUE AND DISPUTES WITH NEIGHBOURHOOD. ANYONE CAN TOUCH YOUR TWO WHEELER IF THEY FELT SO. ALSO THERE IS NO PRIVACY, WHEN WE WENT OUT FOR AN EVENT THE STAFF ACCESSED OUR ROOM WITH DUPLICATE KEY FOR GETTING A WATER BUCKET THEY GAVE EARLIER WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, IF YOU ARE WOMEN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. THE STAFF WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL. IN SHORT, PLEASE LOOK FOR OTHER ROOM.

The location was very good beach wasjust a couple minute walk from the hotel. Also the host was very accomodative. Overall the stay was nice.

Overall good property rooms were clean and were well maintained staff was also very helpful and swimming pool was also clean and was well maintained.
