MiStay 4-5PAX Luxury Suite Apartments

Our stay in JQ (different homestay) from our previous trips is very disappointing! But this unit exceeded my expectations! It’s a corner unit and far more spacious compared to usual ones. Very comfortable and complete with cookware and utensils. (Rice cooker & pots/pans) Feels like home! Ceiling fans provided can opted to use fans if the air conditioner too cold. The view is superb! We love it!

Everything is very ok but perhaps can upgrade the internet/wifi service. (Not really a big issue though)

The views and the shopping shops around the stay was good and easy for us to travel around.

Customer service takes quite a while to reply my message and they didn’t respond on time when i’m in a hurry. The place was clean but it’s just that there were two small cockroaches that we had found in the stay.

Location and the surrounding was good, easy to move around.

My question on whether there was parking allocated for the unit was not answered until I checked out. My notification of checking out was not acknowledged

Very dirty inside room, bed and also sofa, no shampoo, no clean, no reply, bad attitude and bad service

Location Got a swimming pool

Lift take time Matress i think need to change new. Not flat anymore
