Nice city view especially at night (plus a lil bit of rains, so relaxing). Located at city centre and few restaurants and groceries around the building. Easy to go around. Host is friendly and easy to communicate with.

Since Oct/Nov last year, the building implement its parking fees and it is quite hefty. Otherwise, if you are not driving your own car, grabcar and maxim are easily available.

This is normal unit, i wont come to this unit again.

Didnt provide water to drink, no washing mechine and no parking.
