We made the most of what we had extra payout due to things not being as stated

The gate was broken the boiler wasn’t working correctly had problems all weekend with it and I was told it was cleaned upon arrival I really Carnt see that with no hot water we didn’t and wouldn’t use shower it wasn’t very clean the pans u couldn’t use due to being defected so taking food with us was a waste of time

the caravan was lovely and clean. Also had some nice little home from home touches.

The location

Very unclean we had to mop and clean on arrival although we was charged an additional £20 for bringing 2 small dogs . No bedding, no towels, no toilet roll, the hole place was dirty and had not been cleaned from the last guests.

The property was amazing .

Lovely caravan. Great location 👌 all amenities close by plenty of parking kids had a great time

Met with the owners who called to check everything was OK after I spoke to them on the phone , what a beautiful couple Helped with my issues and was fixed straight away with great communication

Lovely caravan really clean , with everything you need for a few days away . The caravan was in a great location to right by the pool. Lovely owner to really helpful .
