The caravan would be nice if it was clean

This was a disappointed stay on arrival this was left as the previous guest had left it and this wasn’t cleaned before hand. The floors was filthy there was sour milk at the bottom of the fridge and food at the bottom of the freezer there was no bedding then when this was raised the bedding that arrived was not fit for purpose the cleaner came after raising the concern of the cleanliness’s to the owned and all she did was hoover! The caravan was on a vile state. My brother had to go to the super market to buy cleaning products duvets sets and covers and then he spent until 3am cleaning the caravan if there was another option to rent another caravan he would have done. This was such a dampener for the holiday my mum who is recovering from a heart attack who was there was debating coming home because of this. I don’t think it’s acceptable I also think the communication should have been better as my brother was awaiting a call back and didn’t get this I also emailed photos and never got a reply

Location was good.

Caravan stank and was filthy, bedding was dirty, decking was broken and rickety, tvs not working properly, mouldy walls and bathroom. Fridge stank and items left in freezer, hot water did not work.

The property was very homely and had a great location right next to the swimming baths. Beds were very comfortable. The communication between the hosts and myself was excellent and very helpful.

The caravan was not clean before arrival which meant I had to clean as soon as I arrived . The carpet in the main bedroom could do with being changed and the mould issue in the main bedroom behind the headboard needs addressing as it’s leaving a strong smell. The sofa is very comfortable but again needs a deep clean.

Location was great, plenty to do on site. We have stayed in plenty of caravans through big company's and have always been let down when we arrive to find we have been given the wrong type etc. You get what you see in the pictures and more! The living room is relaxing and decorated beautifully, kitchen has all what you need. Given that the caravan is a 3 bedroom caravan you still have plenty of space. The double room is perfect, comfortable bed, with TV's in every room and we were shocked to see we had an en-suite! I can't wait to book again.

Constructive criticism only: could do with a really good deep clean, there’s mould in the shower and around windows and the inside of the wardrobes are dirty, the carpet in the bedroom is in desperate need of changing as it is stained and frayed around the edges. The extractor hood and oven could do with deep clean/updating altogether. Bedroom felt and smelt quite damp. Sofas in lounge very stained. Outside needs really good clean and tidy, outdoor furniture is grubby and old.

Good base for exploring North Wales

Did not have linen on all beds, despite multiple attempts at sorti g this with host we ended up buying our own. Would not have been a problem to buy my own, if the host just said it would be impossible to sort out, in stead of telling me it would be sorted then nothing happens
