Stunning property in a great location, rooms and apartment in general very clean. Really smooth process from start to finish for checking in and out etc would definitely recommend and will return. Good if there is a lot of you in your group as lots of parking for free which is an added bonus in town center.

Modern & spacious. They've done such a good job with the interior & It's so handy that they have private parking here! Saves spending fortunes on parking. Had some questions, however when i called the line, the girl tylah was very quick & helpful

five minutes walk to the winter gardens

don’t show the name of the property , parking was a struggle , entrance to the apartment very untidy , no hand wash in the bathroom and kettle was black

"Disappointing"

On first appearances it looked lovely. Beautifully decorated and very modern.

Bathroom door and inside handle not working properly and there was an empty handwash bottle on the sink. Possible damp on bathroom ceiling but hard to tell due to paint colour. Bedside lamps in bathrooms not working. Mattresses very soft. Lots of dirt under sofabed cushions. Cobwebs on walls. Kettle very dirty inside, had to use pan to boil water. Hot water in the kitchen didn't seem to get hot in the morning. Bits of kitchen cupboards not attached. These were issues that we discovered over the course of our night's stay. However, as we had gone for an event not all of the issues became apparent until the morning as we didn't spend much time in the apartment. I tried to send an email regarding the bathroom door and sofabed at 7.30pm on the day of arrival but it wouldn't go through. We didn't feel these issues constituted an emergency (i.e. there wasn't a burst water pipe or power cut) so we managed with the bathroom door and spent over an hour vacuuming (the vacuum wasn't charged and ran down quickly). On our departure we noticed plants growing out of the skirting boards on the half landing leading to the upstairs apartment. The property had obviously not been fully checked to ensure it was clean, nothing was damaged and everything worked as is stated in the check-in email. On finally speaking to someone on the phone on Sunday morning I was basically told that, as we'd already checked out, there was nothing they could do. I believe we had done our best to inform them of the issues via email with attached photos as stated in their email to me. The only number given is ONLY to be called between 5pm and 9am if there is an emergency. Since our departure I have contacted SASCO to request at least a partial refund of the £70 cleaning fee that was charged as part of the booking and was told they'd look into it. Six days later I have heard nothing despite messaging them again giving them a chance to come to some resolution.

"AVOID."

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. READ THE WHOLE REVIEW. From the off there was two people sat outside the living room window drinking. After around 10 minutes of the kids running around the living room their socks were black. The Tv remote was greasy. The paint on the walls had greasy hand marks all over the flat. walls were full of marks. Kettle had a thick layer of brown on the bottom that could be easier wiped off. I wouldn't mind all this but they have the cheek to charge a 70 pound cleaning fee when the place had clearly not been cleaned for a while. There was a mop and bucket in the cupboard but obviously does not get used as the floor with filthy. The furniture was not comfortable as this had clearly been made by someone inexperienced. The area is the nosiest place I've stayed in constant people shouting and drinking outside the windows sitting on the wall. Some lights in the flat also didn't work or had bulbs that were blown. I had read a review prior which made me think i need to video everything before we entered and just before we left to make sure nobody could say we had damaged anything. I sent 3 emails when we arrived showing all the damage and marks so that they could not say it was us. Im really glad i did this as we was accused of breaking a kitchen cupboard even though i had sent an email the minute we had arrived showing this damage. The lady on the phone immediately said i had not sent this and i had to provide proof. Also a few hours after leaving we was accused of stealing a few ornaments that were not there when we had arrived. If i had not videoed us entering the flat for the first time and leaving the flat which proved everything was how it was when we entered. Then we would have had no proof and would have lost a 250 pound damage deposit. Honestly feels like a scam. On top of everything you have read here. Not a mention of any type of discount because of any of these things. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND THIS PROTPERTY.
