TWO BED Modern Apartment 5min walk to Town centre with Free Parking ! Under New Management

The apartment was on the ground floor which means we did not have to carry the luggage upstairs. The bedrooms and the living room were spacious enough for 3-4 people. The building is newly refurbished. The kitchen has a dishwasher which was nice to have.

We did not like the colour design. The apartment is totally black which makes it extremely dark. This might produce nice photos but is not widely appreciated as a convenient and appealing choice of colour. The apartment was very dark and we had to open the curtains which meant that we were easily seen by people passing by on the sidewalk. The doors had door closer springs which could not be inactivated and it was not handy. At least provide some rubber door wedges for those who want to keep the doors open. The kitchen was new but the fridge was in a corner and was not easy to access. My suggestion is to either paint the walls in a bright colour or use window films to give people some privacy. The bathroom could benefit from a shower curtain and a better ventilation.

It's a beautiful apartment and very near to the beach and all the attractions with enough parking space. The rooms are quite large and nicely decorated

Good location and good size.

There were quite a couple charges that feel a bit hidden. Check out was 10am which is very early and you had to pay £25 for a late check out which was only till 12. My friend also left her straighteners which they kindly sent back but again charged £25 handling fee (on top of postage which we were obviously fine to pay). Most annoying I was charged twice through some sort of technical error for the damage deposit of £250. This was clearly showing as leaving my bank twice but they claimed to have only received once. In the end I had to raise a dispute through my bank who refunded it for my straight away as they could see it leaving twice and then chased the apartment on my behalf. This soured the stay a fair bit as £250 is a lot of money to have to wait weeks for. Having said this Tylah who I dealt with direct was always lovely and friendly but seemed tied by systems and policies.

lovely apartment, very modern and stylish. got all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay, good location. Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling which is a great touch.

could have done with more lighting in the bedrooms as was very dull and dark. also no soap, shower gel etc in the bathroom.
