TWO BED Modern Apartment 5min walk to Town centre with Free Parking ! Under New Management

Perfect location. Loved the apartment. Ideal for the town centre.

Double bed near the bathroom needs a new mattress, this wasn’t that comfortable, also bedding for the sofa bed. But under new management and not sure if this has been reported.

Easy access

Filthy dirty! As soon as I pulled up and saw the state of the door i knew we’d be walking into a mess! The sofa has loads of stains and when we pulled the sofa bed out it was horrible underneath and the bed was broke, cobwebs, blocked drains in the shower, dirty sinks, fridge, greasy handprints everywhere and kitchen cupboards full of random dirty things under the sink. Along with that I sent the £150 damage deposit ( there was so damage at all) and only received £110 back as apparently another cleaner was needed. The place was left clean and tidy minus some shavings on the floor from a night out that could be easily hoovered however, there was no brush or hoover this was out of my control. Yet hey still took the extra £40 for a 10 min hoovering job !!!! How can you expect something to be clean without providing the right equipment ???This guy is just trying to take more money than this place is worth. There’s much over places to stay in Blackpool AVOID!!! The only good thing about this place is the location and the fact you can please yourself going in and out

Pro's - It's very close to the town (dance weekend, so we were literally a 4 minute walk to the Winter Gardens). Free parking right outside the house was great. It's a big flat. The owner was quick to respond and fixed our issues timely. Cons - The decor is black, and half the light bulbs are blown or flickering, so you're literally walking around in the pitch black most of the time. It needs some love, everything is a little old and ratty - the sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sit on and it's broken so you couldn't sleep on it if you needed to. The doors are a pain, too. The front door to the apartment didn't leave me feeling very safe (it's just a normal flimsy internal door). None of the doors stay open - they all have a little plastic door stop, which doesn't work cos the floors are laminate.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation while in Blackpool for a dancing competition. The apartment was less than a 5min walk to the dance venue which was ideal. Our apartment was very modern and spacious, it had everything we needed for our stay. The decor is fab. It was a lovely comfortable stay for 3 adults and 3 kids and we will definitely be back.

the rooms were lovely, exactly how they are on the photos. for the price we paid it was amazing inside. we had the best stay, definitely recommend
