"It was alright apart from the services the hotel room had a great Kanchenjunga view ."

The view was amazing and it would be just that .

No help desk/ reception available anytime of the day , neither morning nor evening afternoon . Our flush didn’t work since the time we checked in , someone came in and knew the issue yet it wasn’t fixed till we got back . There was a menu for in room order no one picked the call as we needed water and hot beverages before check out . One more thing no toilet paper , there was one when we checked with just remaining from previous guest so little and we were three people booked for family room . View is great but service isn’t , lot of potentiality and must improve services .
