1. No cleaning during your stay. If you require cleaning, you will be charged 75 pounds each time! 2. I never understood the 20 pounds to prepare the sofa bed, although it was advertised when I booked. 3. No AC. I understand in Edinburgh, it might not be that common, but one night it was boiling at night. 4. My apartment was on the ground floor, which could be a good advantage for the luggage; but it was a major downside when it comes to privacy. 4. No safety lock from inside the apartment

Great location. Within walking distance to most attractions yet hidden away in a quiet street. Lots of cute neighbourhood cafés and restaurants and shops to explore if you are fed up with big chain stores and restaurants.

this property was great. the bed was comfortable, the location was great-very quiet in the evenings and easily walkable to restaurants and old town.

The stunning property was in a perfect location for sightseeing and experiencing the city. Close proximity to shops and attractions left us truly wanting nothing and everything was within walking distance.

Sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable long term but otherwise perfect stay. Might suggest putting twin beds that can be pushed together in the master bedroom.
