La verdad que muy bien el hotel ! Lo disfrutamos mucho. Comida y bebida muy bien al igual que las Instalaciónes . Está grande el hotel . Recomendado quedarse varios días para disfrutarlo todo . Nos dieron el acceso a todas las instalaciones. 😊

*.Nomás una actitud a la hora de irnos de unos de los botones . Que primero nos dijo que un carrito nos llevaría a la salida y lo esperamos mucho tiempo , para luego decirnos que nadie vendría por nosotros al final . .*el tiempo de espera de los carritos Es la unidad queja todo lo demás excelente

La playa, estaba turbio el agua

This is an excellent property for someone looking for a tropical experience and willing to compromise a bit on wanting a pristine beach with blue, turquoise waters that you would get in the hotel zone or Isla Mujeres. The beach is lined with palm trees and picturesque. There was quite a bit of sargassum, which was not all that bad except for a few spots where it had turned black. We had a Family Selection - Junior Suite, garden facing. The room was spacious and comfortable. Please note that they have "Double Beds" and not "Queen Beds" as mentioned on the Booking site. Also, the sofa bed is small, which only a young child could probably sleep on - but I would advise against considering it as a bed. But still the overall room experience was excellent. There was a private butler assigned to us and they took excellent care of us. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Food (All-inclusive) is amazing and a plus for the resort, but we didn't get reservations to a couple of popular restaurants - Japanese - Hibachi for example. Animals roam around freely here - Iguanas, big rats, Coati. Spotting flamingos along the eco tour was fun. Lot's of tropical trees gives the place a bit of a jungle vibe.

If there was a crew cleaning the sargassum, that would have been nice. Also, not having queen beds and sleeping on double beds as a couple was a bit challenging. The palapas at the beach were free, but there was charge for the more luxurious cabanas/loungers.
