Es un hotel muy familiar en que te sientes muy arropada. Mi concierge personal Leiliane me ayudaba en todo con una sonrisa y todo el empeño. El personal de la piscina de Family Selection muy atentos y amables. Todo un lujo de experiencia vivido con mi hija de 7 años.

La llegada a a recepción el primer dia. como el vuelo llegó por la noche, estábamos para check-in a las 22:30 y la recepcion no ha sabido pasar informaciones importantes.

Wir wurden gezwungen 2 zusätzliche Nächte in diesem Hôtel für 900 Dollar pro Nacht zu bezahlen, da wir nicht gehen durften. Unsere Reise wurde über den Veranstalter ltur bezahlt und es gab anscheinend intern Probleme bei der Übermittlung der Zahlung. Trotz emails vom Veranstaltern und Zahlungsnachweise wurden wir 2 Tage festgehalten und durften nicht gehen. Auch mussten wir vor Ort nochmal und 1200 Euro mehr als Ursprünglich bezahlt, den vollen Betrag noch einmal bezahlen um gehen zu dürfen. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt und es war der absolute Horror!!!
