Hermoso hotel familiar tiene espacios para todos piscinas enormes limpias al igual que sus habitaciones y mucha variedad de restaurantes de especialidad muy bien servidos. Lo disfrutamos bastante

Creo que faltaría un poco mas de variedad en los desayunos y en las actividades programadas para los chicos, son muy pocas las que tienen. Y no siempre están las que se pueden hacer ni te lo indican nosotros lo fuimos descubriendo durante la estancia. También falta mas transporte dentro del hotel ya q es muy grande y en ocasiones tardan mucho los carritos o no todos te llevan, y eso hace que sea muy agotador estar yendo de un lugar a otro mas con niños o personas adultas.

La playa. Cuando una persona elige el caribe es por la playa y la playa del hotel es realmente mala y el hotel no se preocupa en su limpieza

Хотела беше чист, храната разнообразна, забавленията за деца и възрастни бяха достатъпно.

4 дена от престоя ни не успявахме да си отворим вратата с гривните,който ни сложиха. Налагаше се да чакаме някой да дойде да ни помогне, бяхме с малко дете. Рецепцията не беше наблизо, телефон за връзка нямаше с тях. След като се оплачим идваше някой, който казваше, че няма проблем и така 4 дни на всяко прибиране в стаята. Най накрая един господин от рецепцията ни смени гривните и проблема се реши. Но половината от престоя но беше минал.
