Apartament w standardzie i estetyce z epoki słusznie minionej ("klimatyczny"), ale bardzo, bardzo czysto utrzymany, pachnąca pościel, wygodne łóżko, w sąsiedztwie sklepy, bary, piekarnia.

Hałas od ulicy - okna są nieszczelne, a budynek położony jest przy ruchliwej ulicy.

I really enjoyed my stay here—it was a wonderful experience and definitely worth the price. The location was quite convenient, with the city center only about a 28-minute walk away. What I found most interesting was the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax, while still being close enough to explore the city whenever I wanted. It offered the perfect balance between comfort and accessibility, making my stay both enjoyable and memorable.

The cleanliness was generally good. However, I noticed that there was a bar of soap that had already been used and was not disposed of, which could be improved for better hygiene.

All was great - location, contact, flat. It's a perfect place if you need to rest before the flight or need a place for a short stay in the city.

Good price-quality ratio (was one of the lowest priced full private stays / apartments in town with central location), easy check in and payment, has good amenities for the price (fridge, stove and pan to boil water, small balcony, private everything). Host is responsive and gives clear instructions. Quiet and no particular tobacco smell or anything like that (that you might except to have in old, large apartment buildings) which is good. Bus stops are reasonably close, the area also has grocery stores. Also doable to walk from/to the train station if you only have a small amount of luggage or all the bags have wheels

No major issues, just a bit old building and some things are not brand new anymore. Shower rail was repaired with duct tape but overall it's fine. Building has old school elevator. Stove is a bit slow but works fine
