"Excellent location for a walk along the tow path into Skipton and as a base for exploring the Dales"

The location was excellent with access straight onto the tow path for an easy 20-minute stroll to the Centre of Skipton . We met lots of lovely people to talk to on the walk . Skipton is a vibrant town especially on market days The property was very well equipped with a an excellent washing machine /drier , freezer and hair dryer not included in the property description . The central heating was very efficient for the cold nights but we were fortunate with lovely weather for 3 weeks . Nice and quiet during the night for a good sleep after hours of walking . Plenty of cafes and pubs. we liked the Swadford cafe for value , not so keen on the Black Horse , ask about the meal deals before you order ! Stanforth's pork pies and sausages absolutely wonderful . We made trips to Ilkley , Otley , Harrogate and York ( use the Rawcliffe park and ride ) lovely scenery on the way .

Comfortable, warm, clean. Quiet location. The canal is literally at the end of the garden. About a 30 minute walk into the centre of the town along the canal path. Off road car parking space. As a lone traveller on business it was a good choice for me. Will definitely use again

I struggled to get into the property initially as the door was very sticky. Needed an almighty push. The WiFi was good, except for some reason it would not give me access to my work emails. Maybe a Firewall issue.

"An amazing last minute find."

The property was easy to find with excellent off road parking The WIFI was good and with clear instructions for the password. The property was extremely clean and was comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Access to the town via the canal towpath was brilliant, 15 minutes to the railway station.
