Newly Renovated Privately owned OF condo on 6th floor Ocean Reef w-heated pools, lazy river, hot tubs & restaurants

The room was very nice and comfy.

The only problem I had was all the mirrors, doors, and TV weren't very clean.

While the apartment initially appeared as advertised — small and charming — we soon encountered a serious issue. On our first night, we noticed the floor was slightly wet but did not pay it much attention. However, we were woken up during the night by drops of water falling from the ceiling on ur beds. We attempted to manage the situation with a broom and towel, trying to dry the ceiling, but it did not resolve the problem. Additionally, drops of water, presumably from condensation, were running down the walls, creating an unhealthy and uncomfortable level of humidity inside the apartment. Due to this, it was impossible to safely charge our electronic devices in the room. The following morning, we informed the owners about the situation. We also inquired about the gym key since my husband, who requires daily exercise as part of his physiotherapy routine, needed access. We were told the gym key could not be delivered that day but would be brought the next day. Unfortunately, the key was never provided. The owners mentioned they would send someone to check the water issue but wanted to confirm a time with us. I replied explaining we would spend as little time in the apartment as possible due to the intense humidity. When asked later whether their person had come by, I explained we did not know as we were not present. Lastly, the owners unreasonably invited my husband, my two young daughters, and me to leave the property on July 4th, a day earlier than our reserved departure of July 5th. This experience was disappointing, uncomfortable, and poorly handled by the owners. It was not a fair or respectful stay for my family.

Clean condo, resort itself is in a good location.

Nothing specific, a bit pricey for the size of the room. Can provide basic during stay cleaning refresh for stays more than 3 days.
