Spacious 4-bed Holiday Home in the heart of Maidstone

Great location, and a lot of space in the apartment. Private parking.

Spacious common areas. Clean.

Very musty smell at the entrance but it doesn’t follow you up to the rooms

The home was spacious and clean. We loved the kitchen and living area. There was planty of space for the 5 of us and everything worked properly. We felt safe and comfortable. Easy walk to the center of town, easy drive to local attractions. Would definitely return in the future. Host was helpful and attentive.

The parking was a challenge for our large van, but locals were helpful and patient as we navigated the driveway. We found the stairs a bit of a challenge as well, but adapted. I would have liked a handrail on the small staircase up the the bathroom.

The beds were OK.

The filthy garden. rubbish all over it Which was gravel, no grass. Not pet friendly Not child friendly Not fit for elderly Parking Not fit for purpose had to bump up and down the curb to get in as people parked close to access, and the gate opened outwards so can not drive straight in as one way street so blocking the road so cars needed to wait for us to park. No good for estate cars. Unfinished property Bathroom screens have not been cleaned No anti slip mat in bath. Bad smell Not enough crockery Dirty cups No wine glasses Not as described. it's a flat, not a house. There are no pictures on Booking.com of the outside of the property.

The location was great. it was a large space and fit our family if 5 adults well.

The downstairs entry is interesting and doesn’t smell great.

There was a smell in the entrance hall when you arrive but I put it down to the pub underneath being renovated. it didn’t travel up the stairs or didn’t affect our stay.
