You can rent on hourly basis an office desk nearby. It worked very well and price acceptable. Staff in this shop was very friendly and I could leave my suit case there. Laundry shop at the opposite is good. Close to IT Park.

They asked for payment to leave my suitcase from 11am until 3pm at the reception; I denied of course and left the suit case in the office shop next to the reception. Never experienced this kind cheating. That should not happen. The whole week no cleaning, even not garbage replacement.

We stayed in two of Miss Trixia’s units for 5 days, and our experience was truly 5 out of 5. Both units were very clean, spacious, and fully equipped—everything we needed was already provided, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Miss Trixia is an exceptional and genuinely caring host. She’s very considerate, easy to talk to, and always willing to help. Even when we had a few concerns, possibly due to the weather, she remained patient and accommodating. She contacted us ahead of time to check on our situation, helped us prepare if we needed to adjust our schedule, and consistently made sure we were okay throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend booking with Miss Trixia. Great units, an amazing and caring host, and an experience that truly deserves a perfect 5/5.

The room was very clean & modern, strong quality air con, totally obsessed over the free pool access which was super clean & refreshingly cold as we swam in it daily day & night on level 5, short walk to Ayala Mall where you can access all eateries, supermarket, juice bars, fast foods, etc, 15mins Grab App ride to Ayala Center Cebu with great fashion, coffee & boutique stores.

Despite the air con stating that the comfortable temperature was between 21 degrees - 24 degrees, I found at times that the air con would freeze up the room, making me shiver throughout the night, I then asked the owners for blankets & clean sheets, which they blantantly refuse to provide, there was no blankets in the room which is really bad, the hall on level 11 which is where my room was located, smells like horrendous pee/urine 24/7 which is highly unacceptable, I would NOT stay here again based on the lack of help from the owners who wouldn't provide clean sheets or blankets, these are standard requirements for any room & lastly the bed mattress was an extreme nightmare as it felt like hard rock, the owners seriously need to invest in proper quality bed mattresses to avoid all guests getting back pain like I endured.

It was a good stay. The unit was clean and the owner was accommodating.

Brand new facility. Clean,safe,comfortable. Big pool. Restaurant on bottom floor. Work space as well. Laundry next door. Wonderful, attentive host( Responded Immediately to my request). Quiet. GREAT VALUE. I’d Definitely stay here again
